The hotel has an incredible location. It is a fancy hotel with attentive staff. The room is newly decorated and has a nice balcony. There is a kitchenette area in the room. The bedroom is spacious. I had a very good stay. They allowed for a late check-out.

Convience of having parking on site, location was excellent and facilities on site helped save time.
In the laundry room, there were only two working dryers, and six were out of service.

I like the location and room efficiency.
I prefer more lighting in the hallways and the carpets needs to be cleaned and refreshed. Musty smell

It is not five star but very nice. We had a hotel room and it had a small kitchenette. Pool is very nice but get your seats early. Beach is probably the best. Five minutes from airport. A fantastic value when you consider the breakfast and free drinks. All the staff was great.
My only complaint was no free WiFi.

We had a great stay for one night with excellent prices. The staff were attentive, and the location was ideal. Our rooms had beautiful views and were nicely decorated and updated.

Overall it is a luxurious and absolutely great hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the location was stunning so close to everything. The staff are very friendly, managed the parking on-site. The services are excellent, including a very clean pool.

Convienience to everything around you such as night clubs, restaurants, and the beach
The room air conditioner was not working properly and it caused condensation in the room all our clothes, sheets were damp.

Location, room style, beach, breakfast.
I had a very bad experience with one of the security gards. They should let the guests stay at the lobby the time they want and not send them to sleep at 12:00pm.

Great experience! The hotel is super fancy, the beds are huge, and the service is top-notch. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, there's a cool beachfront restaurant with delicious food! 🌊
